Terms of Service
These terms describe use of the Mine2Yours marketplace, operated by MINE2YOURS LLC. Read the listing, checkout disclosures, and versioned rental agreement before committing to a rental.
1. Marketplace and eligibility
Mine2Yours connects owners and renters of belongings and eligible spaces. Owners and renters contract directly with each other. You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and provide accurate account and payment information. Keep access to your account secure and report unauthorized activity through Support.
2. Listings and safe use
Owners must have the right to rent their item or space, describe it accurately, disclose known defects, and provide agreed accessories and instructions. Renters must follow the agreed use and safety instructions. Do not list illegal, stolen, recalled, or unsafe property, mislead another member, harass anyone, or bypass platform safeguards. Each participant is responsible for applicable permits, insurance, and taxes arising from their rental activity.
3. Requests and automatic acceptance
A request is subject to availability, required signatures, and payment safeguards. Owners may approve requests individually or explicitly authorize automatic acceptance for a listing. For an eligible automatic booking, the owner’s recorded listing authorization replaces a separate approval action. The renter must still sign and authorize payment. Payment may begin immediately after acceptance according to the displayed schedule; pickup requires successful payment and the required handoff steps. Owners can turn off automatic acceptance for future requests without canceling existing commitments.
4. Prices, payments, and deposits
The checkout and signed rental record disclose the rental price, add-ons, discounts, service and processing fees, refundable deposit, cancellation cutoff, and payment schedule. Review that total before signing. Stripe processes payments and owner payouts and may require additional verification. A saved payment method or an approved claim does not guarantee collection. Deposits are subject to the recorded return and claim process; they do not automatically limit responsibility for documented loss. Owner payout is subject to completion, disputes, disclosed fees, available collected funds, and verification requirements.
5. Cancellations, returns, and claims
The cancellation policy and payment option frozen in the rental record control that rental. Discounted prepaid rental amounts and associated fees can be non-refundable on a renter’s voluntary cancellation as disclosed before payment. Owner cancellations and platform-directed cancellations follow the refund and recovery rules in the signed agreement. Record pickup and return condition, keep communications in the rental, and submit claims with evidence before financial checkout. A missed digital confirmation alone does not prove a no-show or late physical return. Use the rental’s Protection center for a claim; a general support message does not open a claim or extend a deadline.
6. Location and privacy
Location permission is optional. Search can use your device’s reported location or an address you enter. Distances are estimates and may differ from road distance or travel time. Public listing locations are approximate; private pickup details become available to the rental participants after acceptance. For automatic bookings, that can happen without another owner action. 7. Reviews and member content
Reviews are available after completed rentals and must reflect the reviewer’s experience. Do not include another person’s private address, payment information, threats, or deceptive content. You retain ownership of your content and permit Mine2Yours to store and display it as needed to operate the marketplace. We may restrict content or accounts for fraud, unsafe activity, abuse, or violation of these terms. Contact Support to request review of a restriction.
8. Limits of the service
Mine2Yours does not own or inspect every listing and does not promise that an item is safe for a particular use. We do not provide insurance, replacement property, or a guarantee of payment or recovery unless a separate written protection plan expressly says so. Participants should assess the item, the deposit, and their own insurance. Service availability and location estimates are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes duties or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Records, changes, and applicable law
The version accepted for a rental and its frozen financial terms remain part of that rental’s record. Later changes do not silently replace an existing signed agreement. Arizona law governs these platform terms to the extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Material updates will be identified on this page, and new consent will be requested when required. These terms do not add mandatory arbitration or waive a participant’s right to raise a lawful dispute.
